About Us
URine Control LLC is a lab collection site located on the west end of the city servicing Jacksonville and surrounding areas, we offer in-office or mobile collection services in direct compliance with DOT regulations CFR 49/40. My establishment is fully trained and certified to perform drug screenings via urine, blood, oral, saliva, and hair for pre-employment, random, observed, follow-up, and return-to-duty testing. I am FormFox enabled and partnered with CRL, LabCorp, Rupa Health, MOMS, DDC, DNA Solutions, and psychemedics. I look forward to servicing the greater Jacksonville area and expanding my clientele.
